I think everyone's on the fence about going back to school. But for me the decision was really, was I at a point in my career where it made sense for me to go ahead and take that next step of getting an MBA? And to take that next level of more current understanding of current events? Current business models? Thinking models? Paradigms? And make sure that I was able to apply those back to, you know, my daily work activities. I am currently in the job, you know, that I was when I started, I do see a promotion on the horizon. In terms of time commitments for the program, obviously, working full time, you know, 40 hour plus a week. It's very difficult to keep that work life balance, but I think the most important thing is having an employer who's very supportive of you taking the program but also having the support structure of your family, spouse, loved ones and any resources that the school offered to try to support you-- if you're having stressful times were out there for us.
