We have a lot of different ways that employers are able to engage with our students. Some of the employers definitely come for the annual events twice a year, the career fairs, that happened here on the Arlington campus, and here in Fairfax. We do specific networking events for, you know, specific groups of students, where we bring employers in, and they are able to connect directly with students. We also connect students directly with alumni. And if they've done an internship or research ship, then if they've done well in that particular job, they're able to convert into a full-time position. I really believe that internships are one of the best opportunities that we have, especially being students in college to learn about the workforce, and more importantly, learn about what it is that we want to do. In my particular situation that some of the concepts I learned in class, I knew that I wanted to explore those in my career. I had a really great opportunity not too far from here to intern. The internship and the classes perfectly led me into the career that I wanted to be in. I was able to get exactly where it was I wanted to be. The DMV area is what we call this area. It's very attractive to a lot of people, because I think there's a lot of business and industry here. It's a real metropolitan area. You have the federal government. You have a lot of headquartered companies that are here. And I think a lot of people like this area because opportunities are definitely available, and the companies in the federal government always looking for people to hire. I'm super proud to be a George Mason alum. I had an incredible experience. I intentionally came back here for grad school, and I can't imagine a better place to have prepped me for my career.
